LEAVES!

Yes sir! It is that time of year again! I have a love/hate relationship with these beautiful, shady, yet messy little things! Davin, on the other hand, LOVES them! We spent a whole Saturday working and working to pick up leaves, only to have a big wind that night that put us back to about where we began.
Nicc was using the leaf blower to blow as many of the leaves into the creek as possible and Davin would just run through the blowing leaves and laugh like crazy! He loves to look for unique leaves and point out how pretty they are!

So, after working for an entire Saturday Davin and I went out and raked the leaves into piles. I raked and Davin jumped--we were quite the team! The bigger the pile, the better! Davin just kept saying, "Thanks for putting my leaves into a big pile for me, Mom." I love this kid!!! It was a good thing he made raking those leaves so much fun!
